Junior Membership

Junior Membership Information for Parents

If you would like your child (anyone under the age of 18) to be included under your membership, please email us the following details:

• Child's full name

• Date of birth (DOB)

• Email address

• Contact number (if they have one)

Once we receive this information, we will create a junior membership for your child which will entitle them to play at PAYP rates. You will receive a confirmation email that includes the email address associated with your child's profile. This email address must be used to book your child into matches via Playtomic.

Booking a Junior Member onto a Match via Playtomic

Please follow these guidelines when booking matches for junior members:

1. Junior accounts are managed by us.
   Children under 18 do not have their own standalone Playtomic accounts. If you create an account for them directly through Playtomic, they will be treated as guests and charged a guest fee.

2. The adult must make the booking.
   As the parent/guardian, you must book the court and are responsible for payment of any junior participants added to the match. It your child is booked onto a match with anyone other than you, the adult who set up the booking will be charged for the child's place.

3. Adding your child to a match.
   After booking a court, you can add players. To add your child, search using the email address we provided in your confirmation email.

4. Payment details.
   The fee for junior players will be charged 2 hours after the match ends.
